We are expanding our European teams in Stuttgart, Berlin, Lisbon, Barcelona, Figueres, Sevilla, and Las Palmas. We are also looking for support at our international locations in Mexico City, and Ho Chi Minh City. Just choose your favorite Zoi city! Travel between our locations is possible.

WHAT YOU DO:

• The complete planning, administration of existing server environments as well as the creation of new ones is in your hands
  

• Keeping track of the infrastructure and proactively propose ideas for new acquisitions

• You see yourself as a sparring partner for our customers to implement "leading edge" solutions (eg. Kubernetes, CI/CD, ZeroTrust Networking etc.)

• From user to firewall management, you take administrative responsibility.

• Support the entire Zoi team as well as our customers in daily IT challenges

• You act as a role model for our trainees

WHO YOU ARE:

• You are keen on working with new technologies in the cloud environment with leading cloud providers as AWS, GCP, AliCloud and Azure.

• Successfully completed apprenticeship or degree in the field of (business) informatics or have a comparable educational background

• You have "hands-on" experience with Windows and/or Linux

• You have basic experience in scripting or programming (e.g. PowerShell, Python)

• You have good practical experience of virtualized environments (e.g. VMware or Hyper-V) or IaaS (e.g. AWS, Azure or GCP)

• You are practical with efficient troubleshooting, diagnoses and resolving issues

• High level of interest in the latest technologies

• You have high customer service standards and strong interpersonal skills

• Good English skills are a prerequisite, German skills are welcome
