CAD & PDM Application Support Engineer (m/f/d)

WHAT YOU DO

• Manage and maintain Product Data Management (PDM) servers, core applications, and enterprise infrastructure within the Product Design & Engineering (PDE) domain for leading clients like Kärcher.

• Provide tier-1 and tier-2 application support to resolve operational issues and ensure high availability.

• Maintain and support vendor tools—including Seal (Plossys & DDD) and various CAD/engineering drawing converters.

• Provide specialized application support for CAD environments, including Catia installations and configuration.

• Execute application maintenance by applying service packs, patches, and hotfixes.

• Manage CAD environments, Windows Shares, and Flex+ licensing software.

WHO YOU ARE

• Passionate about IT applications, CAD software, and technical infrastructure support.

• Experienced in supporting PDM systems, engineering software environments, or application management.

• Proficient in tier-1/tier-2 application support, server maintenance, and system updates.

• Familiar with Catia, CAD tools, Flex+, Windows Share environments, or similar engineering tools.

• A collaborative team player with a problem-solving mindset and a structured approach to troubleshooting.

• Fluent in English with strong communication skills (German or other languages are a plus
