Internat. Project Management and Governance Lead (m/f/d)

We’re now looking for an international Project Management and Governance Lead who will embed this transformation story into the fabric of our operations across the world. You’ll design and implement global governance standards and methodologies that ensure every project delivery reflects what Zoi stands for: AI First. People Led.

WHAT YOU DO

• Governance implementation: Successfully design, communicate, and implement a new Project Governance framework to provide clear project oversight and guidance for all Project Managers worldwide. 

• Methods & Tools: Standardize, develop, and deploy a robust Project Management Methodology (PMM) and select central PM tools, ensuring consistent adoption and training across all international business units.

• Project Bootstrapping: Ensure that all preparatory steps for projects are carried out properly by those responsible for the projects in order to guarantee a clear scope, validated business cases, and complete strategic alignment.

• Continuous Improvement: Design and implement a formal, recurring Feedback Concept to capture lessons learned, and actively integrate these insights into the PMM to drive organizational learning.

• Project Manager Onboarding: Create and implement a structured onboarding program for new POs to ensure a consistent, high-quality understanding of project processes and governance.

• Compliance & Quality: Establish and execute an audit process to verify compliance with established Project Governance standards and methods across relevant market projects.

WHO YOU ARE

• 10+ years experience in Project Management, Program Management, or PMO leadership, with IT project experience in an international setting

• Proven track record of designing, implementing, and governing global PMO functions or similar governance structures.

• Expert-level knowledge of diverse project management methodologies (e.g. Agile/Scrum/Hybrid experience).

• Demonstrable experience leading change management and driving the adoption of new standards, tools, and processes across different regions.

• Exceptional ability to influence, communicate, and negotiate with senior stakeholders (up to C-level) on an international basis.

• Fluency in English (German and/or Spanish are a plus).
