We are expanding our European teams in Sevilla and Barcelona. This is a trainee role within our Zoi Talent Hub (ZTH) designed for you to become an expert in one of our key enterprise technologies: SAP, specializing in SAP Functional Consulting (e.g., SD, MM, or PP). You will become part of our community of tech enthusiasts, learn from experienced mentors, and develop your full potential in real customer projects.

WHAT YOU DO

• Learn & Grow: Participate in a structured initial training phase (Zoi Talent Hub) where you will master core business processes and specialize in an SAP functional consulting track.

• Shadow & Support: Participate in a comprehensive shadowing phase to learn on the job by sitting in on customer meetings, drafting business blueprints, and mapping enterprise workflows.

• Take Responsibility: Gradually ramp up from shadowing to taking hands-on functional responsibility in configuration, testing, and deployment phases of SAP implementations.

• Collaborate Globally: Shape the digital transformation of our enterprise customers sustainably alongside an international, cross-cultural, and business-focused team.

WHO YOU ARE

• Location: Based in Sevilla or Barcelona.

• Educational Background: Degree (or nearing completion) in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Business Development, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• Languages: Proficient in written and spoken English (B2+ level or higher) and Spanish.

• Mindset: Proactive tech enthusiast with effective self-learning skills, a strong analytical mindset for mapping business processes, and a desire to be surrounded by brilliant minds.

• Nice-to-Haves: A strong interest or previous coursework in general ERP systems or SAP modules, a solid understanding of sales, logistics, or economics, and exposure to Agile methodologies (like Jira) or project management tools.
