WHAT YOU DO

• Onsite Support Excellence: Serve as the first point of contact for local team members, resolving hardware and software issues to ensure seamless daily operations.

• Infrastructure Hybridization: Support our Infrastructure Consultants in deploying and maintaining cloud-native foundations and multi-cloud architectures.

• AI Adoption Champion: Act as a local advocate for Gemini and Workspace AI features, helping colleagues automate routine tasks and gain insights using Zoi’s cutting-edge tech stack.

• Zero Trust Security: Assist in implementing security posture basics and zero-trust design principles across our internal and client-facing infrastructure.

• Managed Innovation: Contribute to "The Annuity" by monitoring recurring managed services and ensuring the "Integration Glue" remains robust.

WHO YOU ARE

• Tech Enthusiast: You have a foundational background in IT (e.g. Vocational Education and Training, Secondary diploma, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience) and a passion for Cloud and AI-driven work.

• Hands-on Problem Solver: You are comfortable with "classic" support (desktops, networking, peripherals) but are eager to grow into high-context complex platform management.

• Business-Focused: You understand that IT isn't just about fixing computers; it’s about adding real value to our customers' business.

• Adaptable Problem Solver: You thrive in a flat-hierarchy environment where you can take initiative, pivot between different tech stacks, and "level up" through hands-on challenges.

• Global Communicator: You are comfortable working in an international environment with 40+ nationalities, using English as your primary bridge for collaboration.
