Photographer & Video Content Creator (m/f/d)

WHAT YOU DO

• End-to-End Production: You own the entire visual content pipeline, from conceptualizing and storyboarding to shooting and high-end post-production for both photography and video.

• Brand Storytelling: You translate complex AI and tech concepts into compelling visual narratives that resonate with our community of tech enthusiasts and enterprise customers.

• Visual Documentation & Brand Experience: You capture the spirit of our 40+ nationalities at team events, partner and customer summits, and industry fairs. You are responsible for professional headshots of our Tech Enthusiasts and documenting our knowledge-sharing series, such as expert talks and workshops.

• Multi-Channel Content Excellence: You create and optimize engaging visual content for our global digital presence, ensuring our status as tech-driven innovators is reflected across LinkedIn, our website, and internal community platforms.

• Equipment Management: You independently manage and maintain our internal production studio and portable gear to ensure high-quality delivery across all Zoi locations.

• Cutting-edge: You are confident in using common image editing programs (Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.) and are also proficient in video and editing tools such as Premiere Pro or After Effects. Beyond the ‘basics’, you are an early adopter of AI-driven tools and extensions, with a genuine passion for staying ahead of the curve and exploring the latest tech updates to elevate your workflow.

• Experienced Creator: You bring several years of professional experience in both photography and videography, with a strong portfolio showcasing technical proficiency and creative flair.

• Story not Sorry: You love telling stories and have an eye for detail—both the small moments and the bigger picture 

• Autonomous & Proactive: As an experienced professional, you are comfortable taking a project from "zero" to "infinity" without constant supervision.

• Cross-Cultural Communicator: You thrive in a diverse, flat-hierarchy environment and can collaborate effectively with colleagues from around the world.

• Ready to Travel: You’ll be present at our international locations and travel for special events and occasions. 

• Fluent in English: Since we are a global community, strong English skills are a must for coordination across our international locations.
