We are looking to strengthen our SAP Basis & Cloud team in Barcelona, Ho Chi Minh City, Mexico City & Guadalajara!

WHAT YOU DO (YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES)

As our 1st Level Support for SAP Managed Services, you are the heartbeat of our SAP Basis operations. You ensure our clients' core systems remain stable and performant. Your mission includes:

  • Frontline SAP Monitoring: React swiftly to alerts from SAP Solution Manager, CloudWatch, Nagios, and Zabbix to maintain system health.

  • Rapid Triage: Act as the first point of contact for client calls, performing initial diagnosis and documentation within Jira to keep our workflows lean.

  • SAP Basis Troubleshooting: Execute initial technical resolutions using existing runbooks—from checking work processes to managing print spools and background jobs.

  • Smart Escalation: Identify complex SAP Basis or infrastructure issues that require deeper analysis and transition them seamlessly to our 2nd Level specialists.

  • Client Stewardship: Maintain a transparent digital journey by updating clients on incident status and ensuring successful resolution.

WHO YOU ARE (YOUR PROFILE)

  • SAP Enthusiast: You possess a foundational understanding of SAP technologies and are eager to grow in the SAP Basis domain.

  • Cloud-Aware: You understand the intersection of SAP and Cloud Native environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

  • Methodical Techie: You are comfortable working with monitoring and ticketing tools like Jira, Nagios, and Zabbix.

  • Detail-Oriented: You take pride in following technical documentation and runbooks to provide high-quality "Real Value" to our customers.

  • You are a good communicator and can speak advanced English, plus you are fluent in either Spanish (Mexico) or Vietnamese (Ho Chi Minh City)
