You are the heartbeat of our development cycles, the servant leader who ensures our teams remain agile, empowered, and perfectly aligned with our European partners.

• Facilitate the Magic: Orchestrate all Scrum ceremonies—Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives—ensuring they are high-energy, purposeful, and outcome-oriented.

• Bridge the Continent: Act as the primary Agile liaison for our European clients, managing expectations with cultural finesse and ensuring a seamless flow of communication across borders.

• Unleash Potential: Actively identify and remove blockers, shielding your team from external noise while fostering a culture of empathy, psychological safety, and high performance.

• Speak the Language of Value: Leverage your Economics, Technology background to help Product Owners prioritize backlogs based on ROI, market trends, and business impact, turning technical velocity into real-world success.

• Drive Continuous Evolution: Don’t just follow the manual—innovate your process. Use data-driven insights and Agile metrics to coach the team toward self-organization and relentless improvement.

• Collaborate Across Frontiers: Work closely with our Cloud Native and AI experts to ensure Agile practices are scaled effectively, maintaining flexibility in a fast-paced, ever-changing tech landscape.

• Agile at Heart: Proven experience as a Scrum Master with around 5 years in the Tech industry, navigating complex delivery cycles and fostering high-performing teams.

• European Market Specialist: Demonstrable success in collaborating with European clients, with a deep understanding of their business culture, communication nuances, and market expectations.
