WHAT YOU DO

  • Technology Design & Advisory: Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and actionable specifications for implementation teams.

  • Pre-sales & Client Facing: Act as a technical advisor during pre-sales (proposals, demos, and workshops). Explain technical feasibility and architectural decisions to stakeholders.

  • Technical Requirements & Backlog: Manage and prioritize the technical backlog, including environment setup, security best practices, and maintenance.

  • Project Leadership: Support client implementation by managing timelines, delivery quality, and potentially acting as a Scrum Master.

  • Ecosystem Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Meet, and Admin Console.

  • Technical Infrastructure: Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM), SSO, SAML, and Active Directory integration.

  • Automation: Proficiency in Google Apps Script and APIs for workflow automation and user lifecycle management

  • Fluent in English and either Vietnamese
