YOUR TASKS – What you do with us:

• Your passion is to create unforgettable experiences

• You take responsibility for the entire event management process and plan, organize and evaluate event processes (team events, trade fairs, customer events, training courses) in a team and supervise events on site – in our headquarters in Stuttgart and international locations

• You have the creative freedom to further develop our events with strategic and creative concepts

• You are responsible for negotiations and purchasing with external service providers, hotels and locations

• Collaboration with interfaces such as Employer Branding, Account Management and Communications to develop holistic event concepts including internal and external communication

YOUR BACKGROUND – What you bring with you:

• A successfully completed apprenticeship as an event manager (m/f/d) or a degree in economics, marketing or a comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience in event management and marketing, ideally with knowledge of employer branding

• Pronounced creativity and a high degree of organizational skills

• You work independently, proactively and goal-oriented and have excellent time and self-management

• High motivation and willingness to take on responsibility

• You enjoy working in an international environment and using your very good English and German skills, Spanish is a plus 

• You are willing to travel (also internationally)
