International Event Manager (m/w/d)

This position is based in Stuttgart, Berlin or Cologne, but your playground is international.

YOUR TASKS - What you do: 

• Create Impact: You own the end-to-end event management process—planning, organizing, and evaluating everything from internal team summits and trainings to international trade fairs and high-level customer events.

• On-site Excellence: You are the heart of our events on-site. You ensure smooth operations at our German hubs and bring the Zoi spirit to our international locations.

• Strategic Creativity: You have the freedom to develop innovative concepts that elevate our event portfolio and align with our "AI-first" mindset.

• Partner Management: You handle negotiations and procurement with external service providers, hotels, and locations with a keen eye for quality and budget.

• Collaboration: You work closely with Employer Branding, Account Management, and Communications to create holistic event experiences.

WHO YOU ARE – Your background:

• Experience: You hold a degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field, backed by several years of professional experience in event marketing (ideally with a touch of Employer Branding).

• Organizational Talent: You are a self-starter with exceptional time management skills and the ability to stay calm when things get busy.

• Proactive Mindset: You don't just execute; you take ownership and proactively suggest ways to improve our processes and presence.

• Communication Pro: You thrive in an international environment. You are fluent in English and move with absolute confidence in either German or Spanish to handle complex negotiations and stakeholder management.

• Ready to Fly: You enjoy traveling (nationally and internationally) to bring our Zoi spirit to life wherever we go.
