WHAT YOU DO

  • You have a keen eye for talent and find the best candidates worldwide through active sourcing.

  • First impressions matter. The job postings you create are anything but standard and inspire new talent from the very first contact.

  • You're a people magnet: In initial recruiting conversations that you initiate and conduct, you get a comprehensive overview of potential new colleagues.

  • It's all about networking: That's why you build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to expand your talent network.

  • Smooth operator! You work closely with the HR team to ensure a smooth hiring process.

  • You rock various recruiting events, make open contact and present Zoi on a charming, professional, and approachable level.

  • You assist in coordinating onboarding processes.

  • With your experience, you help us expand our recruiting processes and creatively improve them if necessary.


WHO YOU ARE

  • You love tech and bringing really good people together.

  • With at least three years of IT recruiting experience, you enrich our team.

  • You love to live out your communication skills and your ability to inspire others in your job.

  • You have the right skills and tools to build an authentic and sustainable network of candidates.

  • Independent and autonomous work comes easy to you and you enjoy helping to shape a rapidly growing company.

  • You speak fluent English. Additional foreign languages are always welcome.

  • You are based in México City
