WHAT YOU DO

Rollout Planning & Strategy:

  • Develop detailed rollout plans that encompass all phases of the project, from initial assessment and planning to post-implementation support and evaluation.

  • Conduct thorough impact assessments and risk analyses to identify potential challenges and mitigation strategies.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define rollout objectives and success metrics.

Project Execution and Coordination:

  • Manage the end-to-end rollout process, ensuring the software is delivered as planned.

  • Coordinate the rollout with the technical team, change management team and other stakeholders.

  • Monitor rollout progress, identify and address issues, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate documentation of rollout plans, procedures, and outcomes.

  • Prepare and present reports on rollout progress and performance.

  • Contribute to the creation of knowledge base articles.


WHO YOU ARE

  • Completed university degree in a STEM field, business informatics, or a comparable field.

  • Proven experience in managing IT rollout projects.

  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software deployment methodologies, and change management principles.

  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

  • Project Management Certification (e.g., PRINCE2) is a plus.

  • Experience with Google Workspace or similar cloud based systems.

  • Language: very good English and German proficiency
