WHAT YOU DO

  • Format laptops and install necessary software and updates

  • Provide technical support to consultants on hardware and software issues

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems on laptops, desktops, and mobile devices

  • Manage and maintain an inventory of hardware and software assets

  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other IT staff

  • Learn and develop skills in cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform

  • Assist with the implementation and maintenance of cloud-based solutions

  • Keep up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends

  • Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders

WHO YOU ARE

  • Several years of experience in desktop support or a related field

  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems

  • Experience with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting

  • Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (preferred but not required)

  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work well in a team environment

  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred but not required)

  • Good level of English
