SYSTEM INTEGRATION
Support our IT force to make our code, security, and technical services team even stronger.
As an IT specialist in systems integration, you make sure everything runs smoothly – from setting up and networking systems to keeping them up and running. You support users, solve technical issues, and give helpful advice on hardware and software.
APP DEVELOPMENT
You prefer to stick your face into interfaces and software is a playground for you.
As an application developer, you plan, design, and build software – for Zoi or our customers. You work with different programming languages, create user-friendly interfaces, keep apps up to date, and make sure everything runs securely and smoothly.
OFFICE MANAGEMENT
No success without structure – help our team to always stay on track.
As an office management assistant, you keep things running behind the scenes – from scheduling and ordering supplies to organizing business trips and supporting the team. You stay in touch with clients, manage invoices, and help with staff planning and service purchases.

MALTE BRODERSEN Malte turned his lifelong passion for tech into a career as an IT Specialist for System Integration. From tinkering with servers to managing cloud landscapes with Terraform – he loves staying on the pulse of technology and making systems smarter and more connected. As a partner at Zoi he brings a lot of company knowledge with him, which he is happy to share.

MERLIN KEGLER Merlin’s journey began at 11, when he asked his dad what this “programming” was all about – he got a thick C++ book in return and a lifelong passion was born. Just as strong was his joy in helping others grow – seeing that spark in someone’s eyes when they achieve something new. Today, he combines both passions as a developer and dedicated mentor for young talent.

ISABELLE VAN DER HAAR Isabelle found her path in marketing and communications, enjoying the variety and international collaboration it offers. She has extensive experience across events, campaigns, and customer relationship management, with a passion for marketing automation, where she makes processes smarter and more efficient. As a trainer, she is excited to share her expertise and help young talent find their own passion in the business world.

MARIUS HIMMER Marius has always had a thing for numbers – math was his favorite subject. With a business degree in hand, he now supports Zoi’s finance team in areas like controlling, reporting, and process optimization. Inspired by great teachers from his student days, he now shares his knowledge as a trainer, helping apprentices discover their own path in finance.
